How it works.

1. Get an offer.

We make the process of selling your Apple device seamless and efficient. By simply providing the necessary information about your device, you can expect to receive a fair and accurate offer within 24 hours, our sales team will be in touch with you via email and SMS to confirm the offer.

2. Let us collect.

Conveniently sell your device with our free collection service. Our local courier service will come to you to collect your device at a time that works best for you. You can also choose to drop off your device at our physical store. In either case, please make sure the device is properly packed and ready for collection or drop-off.

3. Inspection and testing.

Upon receipt of your device at our facility, we will commence the thorough inspection and testing process to ensure its proper functionality.

4. Payment.

Payment will be issued after successful inspection and testing of the device. In case of discrepancies or mismatches with the original description, we will notify you with a revised offer and reason for revision. Proceed with the revised offer and receive payment or opt for the device's return at your own shipping expense.

FAQ’s

When can I expect payment?

We typically process payments for purchased devices within 48 to 72 hours. However, please note that before releasing payment, we will thoroughly inspect and test the device to ensure its proper functionality.

How do I ship you my item?

We will provide you with a courier waybill via email. To ensure the safe transit of your device, please print the waybill and securely package the device in its original packaging, including any foam inserts if available.

We recommend using a second box for added protection during shipping. We will keep you informed every step of the way, from receipt of your device to completion of inspection and testing for payment.

Do you buy locked or managed devices?

We do not purchase devices that are iCloud locked, under Device Management Software supervision, part of Apple’s DEP program, or have been reported stolen. It will be the seller's responsibility to pay for return shipping in the event the device cannot be unlocked and needs to be returned.

What we will need from you to complete the paperwork?

  • ID, Drivers Licence or Passport

  • Bank Confirmation Letter

  • Proof of Address

  • Original Proof of Purchase (mandatory for devices newer than 2 years).

Am I guaranteed to receive the payout amount I am quoted?

We will honor the initial quoted price as long as the device received matches the description provided by you. In case there are discrepancies or mismatches, we will notify you with a revised quote, highlighting the reasons for the revision.

In case you agree to the revised quote, we will proceed with processing and issuing payment for the device. If you decline the revision, we will return the device to you, however, the cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

Is my item insured when I ship it to you?

Unfortunately, we do not provide insurance for the devices during transit. However, we highly recommend that you consider obtaining insurance coverage for your device before arranging for collection by our courier service.
